HOW TO SRART

Please contact me at MyStyle@marisimak.com or DM @MyStyle_kneepads with:

• Your order number

• A short description of the issue

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once I receive and inspect your item, I’ll confirm your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank/card provider.

EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange for a different size or model:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging

• You cover the shipping cost to return the item

• I cover the shipping cost to send the replacement pair

If the new item has a price difference, I’ll notify you before completing the exchange.
